Our Story
Life after retiring from the Air Force marked a significant crossroads for me. After dedicating a large part of my life to military service, I found myself at a junction, seeking what would ignite the same passion in my civilian life. Cooking and baking have always been more than mere hobbies; they have been my creative outlets, stress relievers, and a source of joy. Central to many of my favorite recipes is a common ingredient: premium vanilla from my local vanilla company. Its rich aroma and complex flavor profile can transform any dish, making it an essential component in my kitchen. However, my frequent use often led to my supply running out quickly. That's when the idea hit me—why not produce my own vanilla? This marked the beginning of an exciting new journey. I immersed myself in learning about vanilla production, from cultivating the orchids (since the vanilla bean comes from an orchid) to extracting the flavor, which led me to create my very own vanilla extract. After much trial and error, I crafted a vanilla product I was genuinely proud of. But my passion didn’t end there.
